Our customers actually started with us, let’s say 400 calls, about 400 calls a day. Five years later there are 3000 calls per day. The reason for that is we applied Vodia functionality to various parts of their organizations and captured all the call records that transacted through the system, and we analyzed, for them, to find the source of the calls, what areas geographically, and thus the customer was able to focus their resources in servicing those areas, reaching many more patients and many more doctors.

Snom Mode Button Provisioning

snom phones are highly customizable and work seamlessly with the Vodia phone system, making deployment simple. In certain cases, however, like configuring the internal directory on a line key, special settings may be needed. To achieve this, Vodia's snom mode allows users to define and provision settings for snom phones. For example, by using the keyevent F_ADR_BOOK, you can assign a line key for the internal directory. After saving, Vodia will automatically push the new configuration to the phone, eliminating the need for manual reboots.

VoIP and Cloudflare

Cloudflare is a service that enhances security and performance by masking your web server's IP. For users of the Vodia multi-tenant PBX, however, masking the DNS IP can cause issues during phone registration. While the phone can initially provision via HTTP, it won't register because the masked DNS IP blocks communication. To resolve this, you need to disable the Cloudflare proxy for your DNS, allowing the phone to register correctly. Setting up Thinq.io SMS with the Vodia phone system

Setting up thinq.io SMS on the Vodia phone system involves several key configurations within the thinq.io user portal. First, you must configure your thinq.io number to support SMS. Next, set up the IP allow list by adding your Vodia phone system's IP address under Messaging. For messaging URLs, specify your DNS for both inbound and outbound messages, being sure to select the appropriate formats. After creating your API tokens in thinq, record your Account ID for Vodia integration. Finally, navigate to the Vodia system settings to input thinq.io details and enable SMS for user extensions, ensuring unique SMS numbers for each user.
