“Our company has been using 3CX for all our client phone systems before I got here. It has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare,” said Liz DelSignore, DTM, PCM and Technician at Hexis Consulting. “Since switching to Vodia, once the initial set up is complete (whether multi-tenant or single tenant), it has been a much more pleasant experience. Support is always there for you when you need them, and they genuinely will do everything possible to help your MSP. Being a pretty small MSP ourselves, that matters a lot – to both us and our customers. We recommend Vodia to literally every MSP that even asks about VOIP and PBX now.”

IT Consultancy Seeks Better Vendor Relationship and Support

Burlington, MA and West Bend, WI – August 25, 2022 – Vodia Networks (“Vodia”), maker of cutting-edge software-based telephone systems, and Hexis Consulting (“Hexis”), a provider of custom, managed IT solution, today announced their partnership, with the migration of a number of Hexis clients from 3CX to the Vodia phone system already in process; the company is seeking to offer better pricing and better support to its clients who have moved their telephony to the cloud.  Based in Germantown, WI, Hexis Consulting provides managed IT, security, business telephony and disaster recovery to SMBs and enterprises.

“Unlike some other PBX providers, including 3CX, Vodia empowers our channel partners to sell their own brands and make their own bundles,” said Kyle Asbury, Director, Sales and Marketing, Vodia. “We don’t want MSPs to give away their business, we want them to be their own phone companies. And we’re a relationship first company, which means we’re always available to provide guidance and support to our partners. The Hexis Consulting team is one of the best in the IT industry, and we’re honored to be their preferred phone system for Hexis customers looking to move their telephony to the cloud. We look forward to a long and productive relationship with this great company.”
