Vodia Call Recording/CDR + Spam Call Detection

A call detail record (CDR) is a record of the call data produced by a telephone call which documents the details of the call and of the other telecommunications transactions (e.g., SMS messages) which pass through a facility or device. The record will contain various data-points, including time, duration, completion status, source number and destination number. Entering the Provisioning URL via the Cisco 3PCC Desktop Phones Web Interface

Vodia’s PBX facilitates the automatic provisioning of Cisco 3PCC devices, such as the 68xx, 78xx and 88xx series, through zero-touch LAN provisioning. To start, users must reset the Cisco 3PCC phone by disconnecting the power, waiting a few seconds and then following a specific key sequence. To upgrade the phone, it’s essential to host the firmware on an HTTP or TFTP server and input the correct URL in the Vodia interface. The authentication settings allow for consistent credentials across devices, streamlining the provisioning process. Finally, by entering the correct provisioning URL in the Cisco phone's web interface, users can easily pair their devices with the Vodia PBX, ensuring efficient communication without needing to reboot the phone.
