The seamless deployment, robust call center features and excellent support from Vodia and partners have made this transition successful for their diverse clientele.

Based in Pinetops, NC, Locality networks is an MSP that owns and operates its own independent fiber optic network. The company delivers this robust network to homes and businesses in North Carolina, with plans to open an office in Myrtle Beach, SC. Locality networks provides its business customers with cutting-edge technology to keep them ahead of the curve - this includes VoIP, fiber internet, web hosting, cloud backup, anti-virus and much more.

Locality networks is always seeking ways to make its services stickier and to provide its customers with innovative communications tools. The company wanted a multi-tenant UC PBX with an extensive list of top shelf features, one that provides the most up-to-date chat, text and voice options and integrates seamlessly with CRMs. The solution? Vodia.

1. What was your customer using prior to Vodia?
As a fiber-to-the-home provider and an MSP, we are always looking for value-added products to make our services stickier and bring productivity tools to our customers. One of these quests sent us looking for a multi-tenant UC PBX with advanced features like mobile extensions, web clients, texting, CRM integrations and team chat. We wanted to demonstrate to our residential and business customers the phone is worth keeping and is a valuable tool, rather than just another expense. We found it in Vodia!

2. How would you describe your experience deploying Vodia?
Our next problem to solve was, although we believe it’s important to support all of our products, voice isn’t our main product, so we weren’t sure we had the time to become Vodia experts. Thanks to our partnership with Vodia and Vodia’s partnership with Cove Central and QuestBlue, our team has had the support we needed to learn the platform and install customer systems. The Vodia team held our hands throughout the process.

3. What’s your favorite feature?
The call center, for sure. We have now installed Vodia in several city governments, some medium-to-large businesses and even some SMEs with only one or two lines who want the same tools as the big guys. We even put our own call center on Vodia and the team loves it!

4. What’s the key reason you’d recommend Vodia to other customers?
We know that with Vodia and Cove Central we can give our customers cutting-edge technologies at a fair price. And when we need quality support it’s just a phone call or email away!
