Vodia support is now easier to access through the Vodia Help Center on Jira, giving partners and customers a centralized platform to submit technical support tickets, ask sales or licensing questions, and suggest new features. With a valid license key, users can open detailed requests and track their status in one place. The portal also brings together Vodia documentation, the PBX API, and the Vodia forum, making it the go-to resource for everything Vodia. Whether you're troubleshooting, planning an upgrade, or just need guidance, the Help Center is designed to streamline your experience and connect you with the right support faster.

Vodia has been committed to its channel partners and their customers since our inception, and since then we have built an industry-wide reputation for our white-glove, personalized approach to our partners’ needs and questions.

Our next step in the evolution of our peerless service is our Jira Help Center:

Existing Vodia partners with valid license keys can now open a detailed ticket in our Jira portal.

Visit the portal for:

  • Technical support
  • Sales, licensing, and billing questions
  • Suggest a new feature

The portal is also where you can now find Vodia documentation, the Vodia PBX API, and the Vodia forum. It’s everything Vodia in one place.

Jira was launched in 2002 by Atlassian as an issue tracking and project management tool for teams. Since then, 300,000+ companies worldwide have deployed Jira for its flexibility: it supports any type of project and extends to work with thousands of apps and integrations. It has become the world’s foremost project management tool and the best solution for our partners’ and users’ support needs.

At Vodia, we measure our success by the success of our partners and their customers, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our peerless phone system, as well as the service we provide to our channel partners who sell Vodia - and to their customers. Our Jira Help Center Portal supports our mission to provide the best support in the IT industry.
