Understanding status points and partner levels

Status points determine partner level and are earned through purchases and approved partner activities.

How status points are calculated

  • 10 status points for every $1 USD of revenue
  • Full revenue is converted using the exchange rate on the invoice date
  • Points are credited when an invoice is fully paid
  • Issued credits do not count toward status points

Annual level assignment

  • Status points accumulate during a calendar year
  • Collected points determine partner level for the following year
  • On January 1, the status point counter resets to 0
  • The new partner level applies to all licenses purchased in the new year
