Partner levels are determined by status points earned during a calendar year through licenses purchased directly in the Vodia Partner Portal. As partners move up levels, they unlock improved pricing, support, and commercial benefits.

Understanding status points and partner levels

Status points determine partner level and reset annually. Partner level for the next year is based on points accumulated in the prior year.

How status points are calculated

  • Completion of the Vodia Partner Certification grants the points required to reach Silver level
  • 10 status points for every 1 USD of revenue
  • EUR and AUD revenue converted using the exchange rate on the invoice date
  • Points credited when an invoice is fully paid
  • Issued credits reduce the corresponding number of status points

Annual level assignment

  • Status points accumulate during a calendar year
  • Collected points determine partner level for the following year
  • On January 1, the status point counter resets to 0
  • The new partner level applies to all licenses purchased in the new year
