Vodia SIP Trunk Configuration

Published on:

January 4, 2022

Vodia simplifies SIP trunk configuration for users, making it easier for operators to manage complex setups. When facing issues, users can collaborate effectively with Vodia support by utilizing the "Text View" feature in the SIP trunk settings. By copying and pasting the configuration details into a support ticket, operators can provide the Vodia team with the necessary information for quick troubleshooting and analysis. This streamlined approach not only enhances the support experience but also ensures users can maximize the capabilities of their Vodia phone system.

When working with Vodia support, we ask all types of questions to help troubleshoot an issue.

SIP trunking configuration can be very complex for some phone systems, but with the Vodia phone system we like to make things a little easier for operators.

When sending a SIP trunk template from the Vodia phone system, navigate to your SIP trunk and click on the "Text View." Copy and paste the contents to your support ticket for analysis.
