Vodia has introduced new handcrafted ringtones for Vodia PBX systems which are available for download. You can also upload custom audio files for ringback tones or general use. To upload, click "Add," provide a description, select options and upload a mono, 8kHz .wav file. For ring patterns, the system can generate variations or leave your file unchanged. After uploading, you can test the file by playing it back. Additional ringtones are available for download, including options like Chirp 1 through Chirp 8.

You have the option to personalize your experience by uploading custom audio files for general purposes or ringback tones. To upload an audio file:
Click the "Add" button
Type a description and choose the appropriate options from the drop-down menus
Upload the audio file that would like to add. Files need to be in .wav format, in mono, and 8kHz.
For ring patterns, the system can add a ring pattern to your file. This makes it easy to generate variants of your ring melody. If the file should not be changed, select "None."

Vodia Analytics transforms PBX call data into clear, actionable insights with real-time dashboards, detailed call records, and AI-powered analysis. It gives teams full visibility into voice interactions, helping them understand conversations, track performance, and identify issues without relying on raw logs or manual review. With built-in transcription, summaries, and sentiment analysis, it becomes easier to spot trends, optimize operations, and improve overall communication performance.
Video conferencing is widely used, but rarely examined in terms of where it runs and who controls the infrastructure behind it. In many cases, video traffic is handled by external systems, introducing dependencies that are often overlooked. This piece explores how integrating Jitsi directly into the PBX brings video into the same environment as voice and communication management, giving organizations clearer boundaries, reduced reliance on third-party platforms, and greater control over how communication is handled.
