Vodia's integration with Microsoft Teams allows seamless communication between Vodia and Teams extensions, enabling users to make and receive calls from both systems. Teams members can also participate in hunt and agent groups, ensuring smooth collaboration. Those not using Teams can still communicate via registered SIP phones, as Vodia’s integration allows direct routing from Teams extensions. Additionally, Vodia supports the use of any SIP Trunk provider, meaning you don't need to switch to Teams' SIP Trunks. This flexible integration simplifies PBX setup and management through an intuitive drop-down menu, making it easier to #WorkWithVodia.

The integration of Vodia with Microsoft Teams allows for Vodia extensions and Teams extensions to communicate seamlessly with each other. Teams members can belong to hunt groups or agent groups, and they can make and receive outbound calls, all from the Vodia PBX.  And employees who aren’t utilizing MS Teams can still have a registered SIP phone, which means they can still be called from an MS Teams extension via direct routing. With Vodia and Teams, you can bring on a SIP Trunk provider and set up your PBX with a simple drop-down menu. It’s super easy - everything is native and works right out of the box!

Teams offers an unprecedented feature set for office communication, and now it also offers SIP Trunks. Providers, however, need not worry, as Vodia has the answer – our Teams integration uses existing or any other trunks, so you can continue to use MS Teams without having to use Teams SIP Trunks! If you’re a Vodia partner, you can manage your customer base by deploying Vodia with Teams - the integration enables your customers to continue using your proprietary SIP Trunks with and MS Teams.
