At ChannelCon 2025 in Nashville, Vodia Sales Engineer Eric Altman engaged with MSPs and IT professionals to explore how AI is shaping the future of managed services. He emphasized that ChannelCon remains a valuable space for building strong vendor-partner relationships, especially as AI continues to dominate industry conversations. Altman noted how Vodia is helping MSPs unlock greater flexibility by combining powerful PBX features with AI-driven capabilities like dynamic call analytics, customized call flows, and automated performance reporting. He also highlighted Vodia’s recent launch of prepaid cloud instances on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Microsoft Azure, designed to streamline deployment for MSPs without infrastructure or licensing delays.

Vodia Sales Engineer Eric Altman had a great visit to ChannelCon 2025 in Music City, USA. The premier annual event of the Global Technology Industry Alliance (GTIA), the only vendor-neutral, non-profit membership community connecting and representing the worldwide IT channel. ChannelCon was held from July 29 through July 31.

“It was great to catch up with a lot of MSPs and other IT professionals at ChannelCon 2025,” said Mr. Altman. “One of the things we love about ChannelCon is how it’s geared toward MSPs and how they can build better partnerships with vendors while exceeding their customers’ service expectations. As expected, most of the ‘buzz’ was about AI and how it can be utilized by MSPs to increase ROI, foster better partner relationships, and do more for their customers. ”

“AI is one of our top priorities at Vodia,” added Mr. Altman. “It’s transforming how SMBs manage their phone systems by removing the traditional barriers to customization - it’s now possible, with the Vodia PBX, to create dynamic call center analytics dashboards, define custom call flows, and generate detailed performance reports. By combining our flexible PBX features with AI tools, we’re giving our channel partners - and their customers - a more agile telephony approach.”

Vodia also recently announced our prepaid cloud instances on Amazon Web Services (AWS), DigitalOcean, and Microsoft Azure, preconfigured, licensed environments for spinning up a production-grade phone system in minutes without infrastructure planning, licensing delays, or a long-term commitment.
