This integration automatically logs inbound and outbound calls from your Vodia PBX directly into monday.com boards, creating and updating contact records while maintaining detailed call histories. Integrating the Vodia Phone System with monday.com 

This integration combines monday.com’s collaboration tools with Vodia’s robust, secure and feature-rich business communications solution used by more than half a million users worldwide.

Our integration automatically logs call activities from your Vodia PBX to monday.com boards, capturing both inbound and outbound calls and creating contact records automatically. It keeps detailed call histories with outcomes, durations, and timestamps.

Integration Features

  • Auto-Created Columns for 'Activities Board': the integration will automatically create these columns if they don't exist:
    • call_outcome (status column): call result with predefined options.
    • duration (numbers column): call duration in seconds.
  • Automatically associates call activities on the 'Activities Board' with the corresponding contacts on the 'Contacts Board'.
  • Automatic Contact Management: creates new contacts automatically when calls are made to/from unknown numbers.
  • Comprehensive Call Logging: records call details including duration, outcome, start/end times, and call direction.
  • monday.com CRM user assignment: associates calls with the appropriate monday.com CRM users/agents user when email addresses are configured at the extension level.
  • Smart Outcome Detection: maps SIP response codes to meaningful call outcomes (connected, no answer, busy, etc.).
