Back in February, we announced we would support Panasonic customers as Panasonic departs its PBX and SIP businesses, and we remain committed to doing so. Comprehensive support. What does this mean, exactly? Panasonic users will need to source alternative communications solutions once these items are no longer supported, before the year 2023, and Vodia is ready to provide comprehensive, best-in-class cloud-based and on-premise multi-tenant systems to Panasonic customers.

What does this mean, exactly? Panasonic users will need to source alternative communications solutions once these items are no longer supported, before the year 2023, and Vodia is ready to provide comprehensive, best-in-class cloud-based and on-premise multi-tenant systems to Panasonic customers.

The Vodia PBX not only matches the functionality of existing systems, but we have also added important features that will improve end-user productivity. We believe the ability to work from home, and from other locations (anywhere there’s Internet connectivity), will play a major role in upgrading existing customers. We have a cloud solution ready for our partners; we also have on-premise solutions for partners who prefer to continue running their systems on their own.

If your company will be affected by the departure of Panasonic from its PBX and SIP businesses, reach out to us, sales@vodia.com, and explore your options. This is a great time for cloud-hosted telephony. For Panasonic users planning to transition to other devices, the Vodia PBX offers easy integration with desk and conference phones, smartphones, cordless phones, analog terminal adapters, and FXO/FXS gateways, including the

“This is a great opportunity for Panasonic dealers to take a serious look at Vodia,” said Kyle Asbury, Director, Sales, and Marketing. “Customers can keep their existing Panasonic phones with Vodia, making for a seamless migration path.”
