Does Vodia provide hosting?

Vodia does not provide hosting, but we work with Vodia partners who provide hosting services.

Does Vodia provide training?

Yes, both remote and on-site if necessary.

Do I need a separate Session Border Controller?

No. The Vodia cloud PBX has a built in SBC, so there’s no need for an additional external SBC.

Are there any contracts or minimum requirements?

No contracts, no minimum requirements.

Do you support inbound and outbound fax through the PBX?

Inbound fax has been available since version 57, outbound fax was introduced in version 67.

How easy is it to deploy the Vodia PBX?

Our PBX can be installed in a matter of seconds. Its so simple - there's no need for an ISO image.
