Vodia Now Integrates with Grafana®

Vodia now integrates with Grafana Labs®' technology to enhance observability in installations, addressing the needs of critical infrastructure environments like emergency services and healthcare. By integrating with Grafana's® scalable metrics, logs and traces solutions, Vodia ensures secure and reliable communication systems. This integration enables geo-redundant deployment and proactive incident response, supporting Vodia's commitment to IT security. Vodia also provides extensive support for implementing, monitoring and auditing these high-availability communication solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms and adherence to stringent data protection measures.

Vodia Networks, Inc. now integrates with Grafana®* Labs (Grafana®), provider of the world’s most ubiquitous, open and composable operational dashboards, in on-premise installations.

Grafana’s technology helps enterprises achieve key observability goals with its LGTM Stack: the stack features scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir™), logs (Grafana Loki®) and traces (Grafana Tempo®) alongside enterprise data source plugins, dashboard management, alerting, reporting and security. Grafana’s fully-managed Grafana Cloud and self-managed Grafana Enterprise help organizations get observability up and running; this includes turnkey solutions for Kubernetes and infrastructure monitoring, incident response management, load testing, application observability and more.

Vodia communication systems are deployed in highly sensitive environments, including emergency services and energy supply, healthcare and waste disposal. In emergencies, available, secure communication and proper system control are crucial. To provide solutions for the specific needs of these environments, Vodia integrates into applications that may fall under the requirements of the Critical Infrastructure (CRITIS) regulation - these requirements are subject to the IT Security Act (USA) and the European Cyber Resilience Act. Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) are always a concern in such applications. Vodia demonstrates its capabilities in resilience, high availability and impeccable communication quality while maintaining the highest IT security and data protection standards.

Vodia integrates into Grafana monitoring solutions to mitigate risks: when redundant operating environments are deployed for increased fault tolerance, multiple instances of the communication system operate in a geo-redundant manner. Grafana’s solutions monitor every level of IT infrastructure, all the way down to the endpoints, and in case of emergency the company’s solutions trigger corresponding communication channels. In many instances this enables a response before restricted availability occurs.

More than 3,000 Grafana customers - including Bloomberg, Citigroup, Dell Technologies, Salesforce and TomTom - and more than 20 million users worldwide depend on Grafana’s industry-leading open source technology for both dashboards and visualization.

Vodia develops and manufactures the industry’s leading communication system and actively supports its partners:

  • Support in implementing Vodia in critical applications
  • Provision of solutions for monitoring Vodia in high-availability operating environments
  • Support in the design and deployment of communication solutions of the highest availability
  • Support for IS audits and penetration tests
  • Assistance in establishing Information Security Management System (ISMS)
