Once UPilot is activated, all a user has to do is call a contact. UPilot records the call, transcribes and summarizes it, compiles an action plan, creates a profile of the contact and drafts a follow-up email (it even provides newsletter templates) - this is all done automatically once the user ends the call. It’s also possible to search call transcripts for keywords and topics. And with one profile click, users can search for a contact via Google or LinkedIn.
